Naomi's course was everything I wanted and more - she has an amazing approach to teaching!
Being a busy mum with my own reflexology business, I wanted to add another string to my bow. Naomi’s course was perfect - full of experience, knowledge and the theory content is easy to follow and engaging.
When you then are in the room with her, she is calm, kind and inspiring…whilst still being so down to earth and approachable!
The course fit in well with a busy week and life and has offered the opportunities that I wanted after completion.
Would 100% recommend her Reformer course and all the other content she has available!

What people are saying...
I was able to feel confident teaching all levels of matwork and reformer Pilates with Naomi’s encouragement and guidance. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a learning environment. Naomi challenged me and pushed me to be my greatest!
Sydney Sandor
Naomi is not only a knowledgeable Pilates instructor but also an amazing mentor! Throughout my six months of education, she has been there for the whole class, supporting and guiding us. Even as things got more advanced, she made it feel less tough. Half a year passed so quickly, and I now feel confident, encouraged, and equipped to embark on my Pilates journey. Naomi and I are still in touch; she remains supportive and helpful with any questions I have. Highly recommend!🌻
Arianna Tonetta
Naomi makes everyone feel seen in a wonderfully encouraging way. She's very relatable and brings out things you never thought you'd be able to do and you end up doing it with confidence. She is a fountain of wisdom and I was incredibly grateful to learn from her. She is a brilliant cheerleader and an even better teacher.

WHAT MAKES THIS COURSE DIFFERENT TO OTHER MATWORK PILATES COURSES?
The focus of this course is to give you the skills to excel at teaching Matwork Pilates drawing on your own unique style - no cookie-cutter Pilates instructors here!
You will learn the original repertoire as well as how to modify, adapt and progress movements. We will also cover use of small equipment, programming and how to successfully teach different groups of people as well as learning tools to problem-solve including pregnancy, those in pain and with injuries.
Many Pilates courses profess to be based on current evidence however they refer to research from the 1990s and 2000s. Evidence has moved on since then and some content is now outdated and proven to be incorrect, and, can even harm your clients. I am committed to updating the course as current best practise and scientific evidence updates and changes.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLASSICAL, CONTEMPORARY, AND MODERN PILATES STYLES?
Classical refers to the full method incorporating all of the Pilates apparatus. Commonly it is associated with Romana Kryzanowska. The repertoire is founded on the original repertoire taught by Joseph Pilates with a balletic focus and lots of changes brought in by Romana.
The Contemporary style of teaching Pilates began in the 1990s and was heavily influenced by physiotherapists. There is a protective focus to movement and the repertoire is heavily broken down and not taught in the same way as Joseph Pilates.
A more Modern style of Pilates is prevalent where the focus has moved back to a more dynamic style of teaching. Some profess to use up-to-date evidence but most courses have not actually been updated for many years.
WILL I BE ABLE TO GET INSURANCE?
Yes! You can obtain insurance to teach and I would recommend www.fitnesscic.org for those of you in the UK
